First going over some theory, and then how these concepts have been put into practice, we will close by exploring our own future Imaginations.
Plant-Based Universities is exemplary of this model of thinking, as a bottom-up, student-led environmental campaign around the world, successfully calling institutions to transition to 100% plant-based food systems.
Throughout the Workshop we will utilize the following Roadmap:
1. Why Imagine?
2. Theories of Change
3. Applied Imagination
a) Plant-Based Universities
b) Good Food, Good Cause
4. Imagination in Practice
5. Reflection Circle
