Scientific experimental and computational workflows typically involve multiple steps to generate a final result. Recording all steps therefore requires a structured digital system with several hierarchical levels. In our repository, these steps are integrated into parent records containing RO-Crates that provide a detailed description of the workflow, along with links to granular data and metadata. Each parent record is assigned a DOI PID, while individual records describing specific steps and associated data are assigned ePIC PIDs. This approach enables both the complete workflow and its individual components to be accessed, cited, and reused independently.
