DESCRIPTION:This presentation overviews how comprehensive use of PIDS helps
  enable RSpace to orchestrate FAIR workflows across research infrastructur
 es.  RSpace is used to collect and manage data\, and document experiments\
 , in the active research phase of the research lifecycle.  It is integrate
 d with 20+ other research tools used in the planning\, active and sharing/
 archiving phases of the research lifecycle.  RSpace incorporates support f
 or traditional PIDS – ORCIDS and RORS\,  enabling association of researc
 h outputs with individuals and organisations.   Over the past two years su
 pport has been added for IGSN IDs\, pidinsts and RAiDs\, so persistent ide
 ntification of samples\, instruments and projects can be linked with indiv
 idual and organisational attribution in the context of active experimental
  work.  Moreover\, we are working with developers of other categories of t
 ools\, in particular DMP tools and repositories\, to ensure that associati
 on of PIDS with the research outputs is consistently maintained as data pa
 sses between tools.
