How SURF Vendor Compliance works proactively on privacy and security in an efficient and effective way. By combining the force of commercial impact by the members of our cooperation SURF, SVC is able to negotiate with the most challenging vendors. We firmly believe in a holistic approach of risk assessments, and at the same time we are driven to explore new opportunities in developing tools and processes to ensure long-term continuity of our compliance projects.
During our presentation, we’ll share with you our successes and challenges, new plans of combining legal, security and technical investigations together, and insights on how we ensure that the vendor compliance is consistently checked.

Valerija is a Privacy Legal Counsel at SURF’s Vendor Compliance team, holding CIPP/E and AIGP certifications. She is enthusiastic about connecting law and technology, and contributing her legal expertise together with the SVC team to drive compliance and develop new processes and frameworks for our privacy assessments.
