We warmly invite you to submit proposals for presentations, discussions and workshops. Together we will create a program that inspires, challenges and connects.

You can choose from these formats:
o An (interactive presentation of 30 minutes: perfect for sharing a case or a success story (or an instructive mistake!).
o Birds of a Feather discission, to be decided if this will be planned voor 30 or 45 minutes.
o Workshop of 45 minutes): get hands-on and immerse yourself in a specific theme with others. E.g. play a game, draft a paper together or give a hands-on training/tutorial.
o Paneldiscussion of 45 minutes. SURF can provide a professional moderator for the panel if needed.

On our website, you will find a short guide with instructions on how to write a good concrete session text and title. Read these through so that the evaluation team, but especially your listeners, know what to expect and what they will take away from your session. Also specifically name the domain of your session in your text.

If your proposal is selected for the SURF Research Day, we will contact you in the last week of March and offer you a presentation training in May.
To ensure your privacy, we will delete all entries 90 days after the event.
