Centres for Teaching and Learning (CTLs) are seen as change agents for educational innovation. But how do you show that they truly make a difference? In this panel discussion, representatives from various educational institutions as well as the national Npuls programme will discuss the role of CTLs in driving educational innovation with ICT.
