DESCRIPTION:How do you build a sustainable innovation culture at your insti
 tution? At KU Leuven\, we do this through the ‘Learning Lab network’\,
  plus a phased approach to innovation projects: seed\, scale-up\, implemen
 tation. Although we have already gained valuable experience in this area\,
  for example in the dissemination of project results\, important questions
  remain. How do you draw up a strategic innovation agenda? What criteria d
 o you use to select projects? And how can futures thinking guide education
 al innovation?\n\nIn this interactive birds of a feather session\, we woul
 d like to discuss these questions with you. You will learn how we approach
  this and we invite you to discuss your own experiences\, challenges and i
 deas. Topics such as project selection\, strategy formation and embedding 
 innovation in policy will be discussed.

DESCRIPTION:Hoe organiseer je digitaal toetsen voor 100.000 studenten? Binn
 en de Associatie KU Leuven werd Ans gekozen als toetsplatform om digitale 
 evaluatie en feedback te ondersteunen. Na een pilotfase werd het platform 
 stapsgewijs uitgerold in de diverse onderwijsomgevingen van de vijf betrok
 ken instellingen voor hoger onderwijs.\n\nDe focus bij de ondersteuning va
 n docenten en onderwijsondersteuners ligt vooral op summatieve evaluatie\,
  zowel digitaal als op papier\, maar biedt ook handvatten voor formatieve 
 toepassingen. Bij de opschaling van digitaal ondersteund evalueren spelen 
 naast technologie ook infrastructuur\, fraudepreventie en ondersteuning ee
 n cruciale rol. In deze sessie hoor je onze inzichten\, uitdagingen en toe
 komstplannen rond digitale evaluatie op grote schaal.
