AI Inclusive Curriculum Scan (ENG)
Marette Ebert

How successful is your higher education institution at making students from diverse backgrounds feel at home and thrive? You need an inclusive learning environment, meaning that all students, regardless of their backgrounds, are given an equal opportunity to learn. Crucial to this is an inclusive curriculum: one that is recognisable, accessible and meaningful to diverse groups of students.

The ‘AI Inclusive Curriculum Scan’ helps teachers and educational developers to build inclusive education. Within seconds, this tool generates tailor-made advice for creating an inclusive curriculum. It also acts as a sparring partner in improving learning materials.

The way this works is simple: you upload your learning materials to the chatbot. The chatbot uses various sources to provide immediately applicable advice on strengths and areas for improvement. It will also ask stimulating questions that help you make your curriculum more inclusive.

The innovative AI technology gives you quick and efficient access to information that promotes the inclusivity of your materials. Teams of teachers can work together using the tool, so the impact applies to the entire programme.
